Services
-
Support for sustainable weight goals, improving key health markers (such as cholesterol, blood glucose, and blood pressure), and reducing long-term inflammation through realistic, whole-food eating patterns.
-
We’ll come up with practical, food-first strategies to help support steady blood sugar levels, improve insulin sensitivity, and support your metabolic health — whether you’re managing diabetes, pre-diabetes, or aiming to prevent it.
-
Support for a range of digestive and gut-related concerns, including Irritable Bowel Syndrome (IBS), Inflammatory Bowel Disease (IBD), Diverticular disease and reflux issues.
Using evidence based, food food strategies (including the low FODMAP diet protocol where appropriate) to help reduce symptoms such as bloating, pain, and altered bowel habits, with a focus on careful reintroduction and long-term diet quality.
The aim is to improve symptoms and gut comfort in the short term, while supporting long-term gut health - which includes microbiome diversity, confidence with food and reducing unnecessary food restriction.
-
Helping you move away from restrictive diets, confusing food rules, or “all-or-nothing” thinking - and toward a more confident, balanced, and sustainable way of eating.
