Beyond the nutrition practice

Alongside her personalised nutrition work, Lydia is passionate about making the most of the food we produce and reducing food waste.

She founded Pickled Compost, which helps households turn food scraps into healthy soil, and leads the Plenty Project, exploring ways to preserve plentiful produce and how to grow nutritious food in small and urban spaces. These initiatives reflect her commitment to nourishing both people and the planet.
